MODEL DESCRIPTION: The Victorinox Woodsman Swiss Army Knife is an early version of the modern Huntsman model. Several other Victorinox models have also used the same name.AGE NOTE: This vintage knife includes a bale, a solid awl, and Pat on the can opener. The bottle opener has a sharp edge on the inside curve. The scissors are the older style with a straight spring, and an adjustable screw. The small blade is clip-point, and the main blade has Victoria on the rear tang. The corkscrew has 5 turns instead of 4. Instead of a key ring, there is a gold-tinged bale on the end (aka bail, shackle). Like most knives of its era, there are no slots for toothpick or tweezers. The Victorinox Vintage Woodsman/Huntsman knife is 91mm (3½") long, about 26mm (1") wide, and 20mm (0.8) thick.
