The metal file is scored to the very tip. The fish scaler is magnetized, with no ruler. The bottle opener is sharpened on the inside edge, with no 90° stop. The can opener is marked Pat.The awl is solid, and the Phillips screwdriver is half-squared, with a nail file on the inside surface. There is a long nail file on the rear, and a bale/shackle instead of a key ring. The tweezers have a metal head. NAMING NOTE: The first Champion knives had either a Phillips screwdriver or a corkscrew on the rear, using the same model name.
In the 1970s it branched into the Craftsman (with Phillips) and Champion (with corkscrew). Both then evolved into modern versions with slightly different tools.
