MODEL DESCRIPTION: The Victorinox Bantam II Alox Swiss Army knife is a retired, pocket-friendly 84mm / 3 1/4 Swiss Army knife with two blades, in a lightweight ribbed aluminum body. This is a retired model that is similar to the semi-retired Bantam Alox, but with a second blade instead of the nail file. It never was listed in Victorinox catalogs, and it's quite rare. MODEL NOTE: Over the years, Victorinox has produced simple two-blade knives in a wide range of different sizes.
All but one are now retired. They ranged from the Student (74mm) up to the Pioneer Settler (93mm).This in-between 84mm size was also produced in a thinner, narrower version, with scales of Cellidor (Pocket Pal), smooth alox (Secretary and Excelsior) and ribbed alox (Popular). CONDITION NOTE: New in original box, with product literature. Slight shop wear on the box. The Victorinox Bantam II Alox knife is 84mm (3¼) long, 23mm. 91" wide, and 6mm (1/4") thick.
